2. Hosting and delivery
This website is delivered via the Cloudflare Pages service of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA); Cloudflare also manages the domain records (DNS). Cloudflare acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of its Data Processing Addendum. When you visit the pages, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date/time, URL visited, browser type) to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. We have no direct access to this data; retention is determined by Cloudflare. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and additionally on the EU standard contractual clauses. 3. Calculator data
All inputs and calculations (e.g. amounts, interest rates, terms, VAT rates) are processed exclusively locally in your browser. No calculation data is transmitted to us or to third parties.
4. Browser storage and cookies
Technically necessary settings (language, colour scheme and your cookie choice) are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). No consent is required for this. Fonts are loaded from our own server; there is no connection to Google Fonts. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only with your explicit consent – see section 5.
5. Google Analytics (only with consent)
If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Purpose: statistical analysis of website usage to improve the service. Cookies (e.g. “_ga”) are set and usage data is processed (pages visited, time on page, device/browser, approximate location). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The cookies are valid for up to 2 years; analytics data is deleted after the period set in the Analytics account (maximum 14 months). A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 122 Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.
6. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message solely to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). Messages are deleted no later than 24 months after the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
